Applicants should possess the following minimal qualifications :

- Available some evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outside under all conditions
Past experience in landscaping / landscaper, mowing, fertilization, pest control / exterminator, plumbing / plumber, labor / laborer, handyman, Hvac, pipe fitting / pipe fitter, carpentry / carpenter, automotive repair / mechanic, pool care, landscape lighting, maintenance, grounds maintenance, general construction, golf course maintenance, or equipment operation / operator is great and very applicable to this position.
