Job Description:

The candidate shall be an expert level experience deploying, configuring, and supporting complex multi-site VMWare virtual infrastructure. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of ESX and vSphere application suite as well as an experience working within VMWare NSX environments.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting complex multi-site VMWare virtual infrastructure.
• Expert-level experience with VMware ESX and vSphere application suite.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working within VMware NSX environments.
• Proven project lead experience with a demonstrable history of leading successful deployments of enterprise-class solutions.
• Skilled in producing technical documents and engineering diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-focused with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience administering VMware vSphere in an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level understanding of VMware vSphere and related products.

AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Desired Skills:

• Experience in migrating VMware environments to the Azure cloud.
• Design, implement, and maintain Enterprise VPN services.
• Design, implement, and maintain VMWare networking solutions, including NSX-V, NSX-T, and vRealize Insight.
• Design, implement, and maintain wireless solutions, including wireless LAN controllers, access point management, Cisco ISE configuration, and client support.
• Design, implement, and maintain load balancing solutions, including Akamai and F5 load balancers, in a multi-datacenter environment.
• Deploy physical hardware and manage interconnectivity in OPM datacenter and corporate network locations.
• Design and implement network services to support IPv6 migration and act as the SME for IPv6 compliant solutions.
• Install and ensure compatibility of new hardware and software components within the network.
• Configure and maintain back-end infrastructure systems such as VMware, ESX, NetApp, and Server Enclosures.
• Deploy and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems for certificate management.
• Administer data storage for multiple NetApp storage systems, ensuring data availability, protection, and capacity planning across multiple SANs.
• Deploy and maintain VDI platforms, including Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure DNS solutions.
• Support and maintain multiple VMware vSphere and NSX environments.
• Operate systems within VMware and Azure cloud environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configurations.
