Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of applicants to ensure a strong match with job requirements, qualifications, skillsets, and organizational culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Knowledge of federal government hiring processes and grade schedules.
- Familiarity recruiting and vetting IT-related professionals.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
