We are currently seeking an Administrative/Clerical Associate to join our Ed Morse team.

• Daily processing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory
• Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting
• Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals.
• Process inventory transfers
• Process Used Car Wholesales and Purchases.
• Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
• Inventory schedule review
• Maintain supply inventory and process orders, as needed
• Complete and maintain Excel schedules
• Process the daily mail
• Other duties as required by management

• Automotive Accounting experience in a Dealership setting is a plus.
• Experience with CDK, Excel & various Automotive Manufacturer websites is preferred
• Ability to Self-motivate, prioritize given work-load and execute efficiently and in the required time frame is critical.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is key.
• Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
• Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
