Overview

Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
  • Participate in food preparation and cooking as needed
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices
  • Assist in menu planning and development
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Address customer complaints and ensure feedback is incorporated
  • Maintain kitchen records and prepare reports

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years Cooking experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor, chef, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment and tools
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Guest relation skills.
  • Adaptability.
