Job Summary :

The Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who require service and maintenance for their vehicles.

This is a full-time individual contributor role in the Auto industry, based in Rochester, Minnesota.

Responsibilities :

• Consult with customers about their vehicle needs and concerns
• Schedule appointments for service and maintenance
• Provide accurate and detailed service estimates
• Communicate regularly with customers about the status of their vehicle
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Process payments for services rendered
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Ensure a clean and organized service area
• Stay up-to-date on all Mercedes-Benz products and services
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computers and various software programs
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and products is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
