Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess a strong automotive background. If you have experience in automotive diagnostics, tire service, sales, or mechanical repairs, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain complex technical information in an understandable manner to customers
- Upsell additional services and products as needed

Qualifications:

- Bilingual is a must

- Prior experience in customer service within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Familiarity with tire services, brake repairs, and alignment procedures
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems for auto estimating and service scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
