Edelbrock Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

General car parts knowledge is preferred, but not required. This is an office environment with a company that has been in business since 1938. Edelbrock is regarded as one of the nation's premier designers, manufacturers and distributors of performance parts for the automotive aftermarket.

CSR Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Work with sales department/tech department to provide information to customers
• Provide product ETA’s, and pricing
• Work with internal departments to facilitate customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of work experience in customer service
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experienced in Oracle 1-2 years
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
