The Personal Care Aide (PCA) assists residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, showering/bathing and eating. Answers residents' call bells in a timely fashion. Provides residents with help walking, exercising and moving in and out of bed. Aides in cleaning rooms, changing linens and doing resident laundry. Must be available to work (rotating) weekends, extended shift hours and holidays as needed. Candidate must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Candidates are subject to a criminal history background check, fingerprinting and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
