This is a full-time Assistant Manager role with Eden Housing, Inc. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities and supporting property management activities. This is a hybrid role, based in Fairfield, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications

• Experience in property management and affordable housing
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of sustainable housing practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
