The Manager of Software Information Systems is responsible for administering and managing the activities of the multiple software information systems utilized by EDEN for participant services. The Manager of Software Information Systems will be the agency lead for Yardi, OnBase, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), HUD Secure Systems, Devco, Cognito Forms, EDEN's Intranet and other systems as required by funding. Additionally, this position will develop and standardize policies and procedures around the utilization of the software information systems as it relates to different job functions. The Manager will provide direct supervision to the data entry specialists and data analysts positions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Administer and maintain Software Information Systems that include Yardi, OnBase, HMIS, HUD Secure Systems, Devco, Cognito Forms and others as required by funding.
2. Develop and implement data reports for utilization and performance evaluation of funding/programs/projects.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for data entry, data maintenance, and data utilization activities.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain a live data dashboard.
5. Analyze agency data and report results to related departments.
6. Directly supervise HMIS Data Entry Staff and Data Analyst Staff's timesheets, budgets, goals, skill development and career progression.
7. Assist staff in producing high-quality outcomes related to data entry and analysis.
8. Develop training materials for each of the software information systems and train required staff across the agency.
9. Cross-train and serve as a backup to the HMIS Data Entry Staff and Data Analysts.
10. Confer with staff, and users to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
11. Maintain current knowledge of data requirements as determined by funding.
12. Identify gaps in data collections and works with departments to develop and implement solutions.
13. Maintain current knowledge of new technology and opportunities for enhancing EDEN's data.
14. Contributes data related information and activities to the implementation of various projects and strategic initiatives.
15. Support EDEN staff and project partners with implementation and maintenance of agency databases including error mitigation, license allocation and process improvement.
16. Contributes to team efforts by assisting with other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 years of experience administering data systems required
Experience with Yardi, OnBase, HMIS, HUD Secure Systems and Devco preferred

A valid Ohio driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
