Edgar Street is Hiring a Client Services Manager Near Burnsville, MN
We are looking to expand our team with a Client Services Manager! The ideal applicant will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and has strong communication abilities. Along with helping walk-in clients and answering phones every day, this person will fully support the sales team by entering sales and quotes into our system.
Duties:
- Full support of the Sales team
- Customer Data entry and organization
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Stong data entry and computer skills (sales force experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
