Edge Communications is Hiring an IT User Administrator Near Plano, TX

Job DescriptionIT User AdministratorReports to: IT Account Manager Position DescriptionAs a function of Edge’s Customer IT Help Desk department, perform the onboarding and offboarding of our customer’s employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete new hire onboarding requests
  • Complete terminated employee offboarding requests
  • Provision all application access requests that the help desk manages
Other Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures based on client process changes
  • Meet all clients' Service Level Agreement timelines
Required Experience
  • Experience in a customer service role within an IT support team a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently with a guided workflow.
