Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Customer Service Associate at EDGE Fall Protection, LLC, located in St Louis Park, MN. As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, your daily responsibilities will include communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training to clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to effectively train and educate customers
• Strong sales management skills
• Knowledge of fall protection systems (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
