• Hiring for Home Health/Case Manager RN.
• 2 years’ experience current required in specialty. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
• CERTS: BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
• EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
• SHIFTS: varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. . Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
• Guaranteed Hours:36
• Pay Rate: $60/hr
• Gross Rate: $2160/Wk
