Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker at Edge Home Finance Corporation. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, including financial assessments, gathering documentation, and ensuring clients understand the lending process. The Mortgage Broker will work closely with clients and wholesale lenders to identify the best lending options for the clients' needs.

Qualifications

NMLS REQUIRED AND ACTIVE

REQUIRED - minimum of 1 self-generated closing over the last 6 months on average per month

• Strong understanding of mortgage marketing and lead generation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or self sourcing at least 1 loan per month
• Excellent knowledge of lending guidelines and regulations for Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
