Currently looking for Skilled Concrete Laborers for work in the greater New Castle Area. Must have a drivers license. These are full time positions for candidates with commercial or residential construction experience. This job requires travel 75% of the time across the United States and perdiem is provided. Must be willing to ride in company truck or fly, depending on jobsite location.

Candidates must posses a good attitude, work ethic and communication skills. We are looking for candidates that want to learn our business and advance their careers through the company. You must pass a drug screen and we do test for marijuana. Must have a clean background with no felonies. EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ONLY / MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE.

Starting pay is $19 with a raise @ 30 Days to $20. Merit raises also given @ the 120 day mark

Concrete Laborer Responsibilities:

• Demo work
• Form work
• Must be able to operate jackhammer and various tools related to the trade
• General jobsite clean up
• operation of small equipment and power tools

Concrete Laborer Requirements:

• Must have minimum general Construction experience
• Expected to be able to work independently and with others
• Must be able to perform physical activities common to the trade
• Applicant must be able to follow company safety protocols and complete safety training and weekly toolbox talks
• Effective problem solving skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
