Cline Jewelers Sales Manager

Job Description

Oversee an accomplished sales staff at a family run store; help drive sales overall, including personal sales as well; establish and maintain quality customer experience; responsible for daily store activities and ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall sales by ensuring a quality customer store experience
• Assisting an accomplished sales staff to insure seamless sales process
• Personal sales also important in setting an example to sales staff
• Ensure a congenial, active, and assertive store atmosphere for both employees and customers
• Hold regularly-scheduled meetings and solve challenges and problems in a proactive, people-oriented way
• Perform duties related to store opening and closing
• Maintain top-level security measures throughout the store
• Manage employee scheduling, including personal time off
