Overview:

Edge Therapies is a women, therapist owned company based in Florida. We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the 24-25 school year in Duval County. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through behavioral health interventions.

**SIGN ON BONUS: $500**

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Utilize data collection methods to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master's Degree conferred in behavior analysis or other natural science, education, human services, medicine or a field related to behavior analysis.
• Current certification as Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
