Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with a passion for aerospace and STEM education, who can effectively drive sales and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals, all while working on a commission basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aerospace, education, and research sectors.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, including edge-of-space flight equipment, aerospace technology, STEM educational kits, and weather balloon supplies.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to strategically position our products.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and report regularly on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and convey technical information.
  • Passion: Strong interest in aerospace, STEM education, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
