Job description :

Cloud Data Analytics Architect – MedTech

As the Cloud Data Analytics Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading our data analytics initiatives, providing pre-sales support, and offering technical advisory services to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, verticals, and technical teams to develop innovative data-driven solutions that address our clients' challenges and drive business outcomes. Also, you will be leveraging your expertise in data analytics and deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Advisory:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging data analytics to drive innovation and outcome driven solutions.

Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and business processes.

Design and oversee the implementation of advanced data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of MedTech organizations.

2. Pre-sales and Business Development Support:

o Collaborate with the sales team to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients.

o Develop customized data analytics proposals and solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends.

o Lead client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our data analytics services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Overall 15 years in data analytics consulting and at least 10 Senior Architect role within a consulting firm with a focus on data analytics, advanced analytics, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. 

• 5 years in designing, solutioning the Databricks, Snowflake, PySpark and Big data tools including DataOps, Data engineering, Data Integration, Data Orchestration and Data Marketplace.

• Responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions and estimation on AWS and Azure Cloud.

• Ability to self-explore on market trends such as Microsoft Fabric and provide POV on how it will have an impact on existing landscapes and suggest recommendations.

• Deep hands-on experience in Azure Databricks and all AZURE related technologies and functionalities such as Azure Synapse is a MUST.

• Experience in implementing Snowflake data warehousing solutions including the latest innovations such as Cortex, Data marketplace, Apps etc…

• Recommend, Design and Architect Data Fabric, Data Mesh and Data product scenarios as applicable within heterogenous and hybrid landscapes. 

• Experience in within a consulting firm or similar environment, with a focus on cloud data analytics in the MedTech industry.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Deep technical understanding of major cloud tools like Azure, GCP, AWS, data analytics technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

• Strong technical experience in major BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot etc.

• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP) in manufacturing, business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data analytics projects from conception to completion for fortune clients

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Certified Analytics Professional, AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty) are a plus.
