Job description
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in providing quality care to client residents at Nursing Home and Long-Term Rehab Facilities.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Professional Nursing License
- Minimum of one-year prior experience working in a long-term rehab or nursing home facility
- 8 Hours Dementia training
- IV certified
- CPR Certified
- Fully Vaccinated with a physical in the past 12 months
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
- Recent PPD’s (2 Skin Tests or QuantiFeron in the past 60 Days)
- Recent Chest X-Ray and annual Tuberculosis Questionnaire (in the past 6 Months) if prior positive TB test
- 2 Employer references
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour (Depending on License and Experience)
Physical setting:
- Long term care
- Nursing home
- Rehabilitation center
Standard shift:
- Morning Shift 6:45AM-3:15PM
- Evening shift 2:45PM-11:15PM
- Overnight Shift 10:45PM-7:15AM
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brockton, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Required) in Long Term, Memory Care Nursing Facility
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Current MA Nurse License
