Edgewater Technical Associates is Hiring an Integrated Contractor Assurance System Technical Support Near Richland, WA

Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Integrated Contractor Assurance System Technical Supportopportunity for our customerin Richland, WA to support the Hanford Site.
Work Location: Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy government offices, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA.
SCOPE OF WORK
Focusing on the implementation of the DOE Hanford Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) and other DevonWayTM core business applications developed for the DOE Hanford.
  • Assist with the effective and efficient administration of the DOE Hanford ICAS, Electronic Records of Decision (eRod) and the Hanford Managers Action tracking List (HMAL)
  • Provide technical development and implementation of process architecture, procedures development, application workflow configuration, testing and production.
  • Assist with the development and presentation of program-level business intelligence information (e.g., key performance indicators, metrics, and targets to assess risk, compliance, and the effectiveness of performance).
  • Formulate technical approaches to effective use of iCAS modules for capital asset project contract transitions (e.g., Hanford Integrated Tank Disposition Contract (ITDC)) and readiness activities.
  • Develop training, including briefings to all DOE Hanford organizations.
  • Perform programs self-assessment and contractor oversight, as assigned.
  • Interface with and participate in site wide forums established for iCAS.
  • Assist DOE continuous improvement efforts.
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Contractor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor employee shall submit a weekly report to the technical monitor addressing work accomplished, and deliverable progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Substantial experience implementing DOE O 226.1 based oversight programs and associated business enterprise software applications (experience with DevonWayTM applications is preferred).
  • Experience in configuring integrated sitewide assurance system business intelligence information such as key performance indicators, measures and targets designed to monitor or assess the effectiveness of performance to identify and respond to mission risks (experience with DevonWayTM applications is preferred).
  • Ability to implement software change management principles necessary to establish commitments and expectations.
  • Ability to develop and independently present training material and briefings to all levels of DOE and contractor organizations.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with management and technical subject matter experts at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent personal and professional communications skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Working level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, projects, activities, and priorities.
  • Working level knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in the use of business/technical writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Compliance with site specific safety and security requirements, including badging and office protocols.
  • The contractor shall maintain proficiencies in the DevonWayTM Module Builder application.
  • U.S. Citizenship

Compensation
Salary is commensurate with education and experience and may range between $90,000 to $200,000 annually.
