Edgewater Technical Associates is Hiring a Warehouse Clerk Near Carlsbad, NM
Position Summary: The selected candidate will perform job duties equivalent/similar to the Warehouse Inventory Clerks and report directly to the manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and 2 years of related experience required. Forklift experience or the ability to get certified is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Organize merchandise on racks, must perform daily inventory cycle counts.
- Greet and assist customers at warehouse counter.
- Ensure machinery is functional through pre-op checks.
- Match purchase orders to packing list and material.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, requests for materials, or other stock items, place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distributions
- Deliver merchandise to different staging areas within the WIPP site.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Any other warehouse related tasks as assigned by manager.
