Human Resources Manager
Long-term Care
Edgewood Care Center a long-term care facility located Raytown, MO is seeks a Human Resources Manager. This position will report to the Administrator and works under the guidance of the management company human resources department. Responsibilities for this “hands-on” position include: recruitment and employment process, facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs, OSHA compliance, merit review process, assist with payroll administration, etc. Must have previous human resources experience, degree majoring in human resources preferred but not required, academic training in human resources strongly preferred. Successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to function in a team environment. Since the facility operates 24/7 occasional off-shift and weekend activity will be necessary.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
· Employee engagement and retention
· Payroll processing
· Onboarding – orientation
· Offboarding activities
· Recruitment
· Point of contact for all employee relate concerns
