• Assist in completing new EDI setups and ensuring execution meets committed timeframes.
• Help establish file transfer protocols according to trading partner or 3rd party requirements.
• Work with senior members to establish EDI requirements.
• Perform comprehensive testing of EDI transactions with trading partners or 3RD parties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI processing issues.
• Provide day-to-day support for all EDI transaction issues.

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Able to work successfully in both a team and individual environment.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of data analysis and programming.
• Readiness and demonstrated ability to learn Sterling B2B Integrator, EDI standards, and EDI file transfer protocols such as FTP and AS2
• Prior EDI experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server a plus but not required.
• Transportation knowledge a plus but not required.
