Responsibilities:
• Capable of communicating, leading, and implementing effective results between all departments for compensation related issues
• Lead company-wide compensation meetings, designed for salary grades, job descriptions, program design, analysis, and implementation of new programs
• Work with and advise executive team members to build out compensation strategy, making sure it's cost effective and competitive
• Develop plans focused on communication and education; knowledgeable with compensation related processes: merit and bonus cycles, pay changes
• Complete market research and gain a better understanding of how to help provide feedback to upper management on strategies & compensation structures
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of compensation experience
• Preferred management or mentorship of compensation team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
