A multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a Front Desk associate to join its team. This role requires working directly with patients, physicians, and referral sources to ensure a positive patient experience at our practice

Responsibilities :

• This role requires working directly with patients, physicians, and referral sources to ensure a positive patient experience at our practice
• Responsibilities include checking in and checking out patients using Electronic medical record system, verifying patient insurance, collecting referrals, copay & deductibles, scheduling follow-up appointments, data entry (scanning, typing, and faxing), and other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Pleasant, patient, friendly, and positive attitude
• Proficient with PCs & tablets
• Medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology very helpful
• Being bi-lingual is a great bonus
• Recent High School graduates are encouraged to apply
