Key Duties and Qualifications:

• Must have Building Automation / Controls.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Identify, progress, and close product sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations both in-person and online.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual sales while maintaining a reliable pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on our products or services.
• Build and nurture long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
• Evaluate opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year of Sales experience within a HVAC / Building Automation industry
• Passion for sales, creativity, and an eye for business opportunities.
• Knowledge with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Familiar with maintenance / service agreements

The ideal candidate would have extensive Account Management or Service/Maintenance Sales within building automation & HVAC Controls.

The ideal candidate would also have an established network of system integrator and relationships in the Phoenix, AZ area.
