To Be Considered You Must
- Must have been to university and graduated in the last 4 years
- Have a natural sales ability, but understands how to not come across as too "salesy"
- Must have strong communication and verbal skills to oversee the recruitment life cycle and control the outcomes to your benefit
- Have resilience, in Recruitment it is essential to understand not everything will go your way, but you will ride the waves and learn every step of the way
- Have a competitive attitude, a strong desire to succeed will be natural to you and you enjoy working towards goals and then go again.
- Attracting, sourcing, and pre-qualifying suitable candidates using tools of the trade
- Using job boards and other avenues to carry out your work to the most effective level
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, you have a way of putting people at ease and enjoy working with people from all backgrounds
- Writing and publishing eye-catching job adverts to attract A-grade talent
- Bringing on new business as an end-to-end recruiter, allowing you to grow in your profession all whilst maximising your earning potential
