We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for recruitment and human resources.

EDS Service Solutions partners with the leading car rental companies all over the country to provide exceptional service in aiding to back-end operations for the Car Rental Center. The company's reputation and long-term client relationships are built through the relentless pursuit of service excellence in providing industry end-to-end or point workforce and process optimization solutions. We offer a full range of outsourced and in-sourced solutions aligned to the needs of the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be crucial to our organization's talent management and employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), and overseeing training and development programs. If you have a strong background in recruiting and are passionate about helping employees reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage the entire recruitment process
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Oversee the training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Design and deliver training sessions on various topics such as communication skills, leadership development, and performance management
- Utilize talent management systems such as PeopleSoft to track employee performance, goals, and evaluations
- Assist with the development of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture

-Following up with branches to ensure any updates on hiring needs/ Maintaining updated schedules

-Work closely with local Operations Teams to identify locations within the area for recruitment.

-Ability to travel out of state , required

Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent management
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Taleo or similar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Familiarity with performance evaluation processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience working with contracts is a plus

- Bilingual English/ Spanish is required

Compensation , starting rate $15-17 hr, based on experience

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas para atraer candidatos calificados.

- Realizar entrevistas, evaluar candidatos y hacer recomendaciones para decisiones de contratación.

- Supervisar los programas de formación y desarrollo de los empleados en todos los niveles.
- Diseñar e impartir sesiones de capacitación sobre diversos temas, como habilidades de comunicación, desarrollo de liderazgo y gestión del desempeño.
- Utilizar sistemas de gestión de talentos como plataformas digitales para realizar un seguimiento del desempeño, los objetivos y las evaluaciones de los empleados.

- Hacer seguimiento con las sucursales sobre las necesidades de personal y mantener los horarios actualizados.
- Ayudar con el desarrollo de iniciativas de compromiso de los empleados para fomentar una cultura de trabajo positiva.

-Capacidad para viajar fuera del estado, es requerida

Experiencia:
- Experiencia contrastada en selección y gestión del talento.
- Fuerte conocimiento de plataformas ATS como Taleo o sistemas similares.
- Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
- Experiencia en desarrollo e impartición de formación.
- Familiaridad con los procesos de evaluación del desempeño.
- Conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales.
- Experiencia previa trabajando en contracion de personal

- Se requiere bilingüe inglés/español.
