Estates Land Solutions, a locally owned, FULL site development business,based in Naples Florida, is looking for local heavy equipment operators with 5 years or more of grade and drainage construction experience. Candidates should be well versed in the operation of heavy equipment, setting RCP, shooting grades, reading plans, and identifying errors. The successful candidate will participate in all duties required to get the job done and grow as a team. Successful candidates will have a second interview to be tested on the operation of various machinery, blueprint reading, laser operation and grading skills. This position reports directly to the project manager. We are also accepting applications for a possible leadership position with same listed requirements.

Road Grader Expereince a PLUS
