Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist located in Brentwood, CA. The Lead Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to children with communication disorders, language disorders, dysphagia, and other speech-related challenges. The role entails conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in speech therapy and treatment of communication disorders, language disorders, and dysphagia
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with children with special needs and autism
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
