ESC’s premier client is looking for an Assistant Project Marketing Manager to join their Global Creative Service Team assisting their Workforce Staffing group. This position is reporting 3 days a week in Nashville, TN and will have you managing end-to-end development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns. You will use Asana to complete creative projects and track campaign success to gather insights for future campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Receive Creative Request and provide creative solutions to internal clients
• Define, prioritize, and drive initiatives forward, by partnering with relevant stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns
• Track campaign success and gather insights to continually optimize future initiatives
• Provide visibility to all initiatives being worked on to Senior Marketing Manager
• Partner with creative producers to outline all the specifics of the creative brief. The creative brief is a template that the team fills out that has all the components of the request. (ex: “we need 50 billboards, 10 assets screens, and need to be aligned to this branding, and they need to say these things”)
• Act as the client facing POC who will project manage from start to finish

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Marketing, and or Creative in an agency or corporate marketing setting
• Experience in supporting a global or international marketing organization
• Proven project management and client services skills
• Understanding of creative processes and production
• Experienced in Microsoft Office as it relates to communication and collaboration

• Experience working in an agile content development environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to drive best practices and advocate for continuous process improvement
• Ability to utilize research and data to inform content strategy
• Attention to detail, with a strong bias for action and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
