Educated Solutions is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Fremont, CA
Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Financial Analyst to its team. This role will work HYBRID in Fremont, CA with the need to work ONSITE one day per week and works standard M-F hours 8am- 5pm. This is a contract role with high potential for full time conversion that pays $39 per hour.
The key to this role is strong Microsoft Excel skills with past experience in the financial realm. The incumbent will:
- Use Aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports
- Generate Financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting
- Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management as applicable.
- Understand and work with scenario planning tools/models while analyzing tends in general business work conditions
- Research accounting issues and recognize potential issues
- Support one individual for all things financial and gain tasks from this person on a day to day basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience working in a financial analyst role
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including strong experience working with Pivot tables and sorting
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
