ESC’s premier Web Services client is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. The role will have you supporting forecasting efforts for operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation, managing requisitions and headcount in the roster, and creating and managing P&L reports using financial systems such as Cognos. This is a hybrid position, reporting 3 days in either downtown New York or Seattle. If you have a background in financial planning, forecasting, and long-term planning, and are proficient with systems like Cognos or Oracle, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Support forecasting of operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation.
Getting data/reconciling data/ refreshing reports and getting them together in an efficient matter
Manage requisitions and headcount in the roster.
Create and manage P&L reports using financial systems like Cognos.
Participate in business planning, including a 3-year plan and quarterly forecasts.
Assist with headcount management and planning.
Work with large data sets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Financial planning and forecasting experience.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems like Cognos.
Strong team collaboration skills for data gathering, reconciliation, and reporting.
