Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add two IT Field Support Technicians to its team. This role will work in New York, NY and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $31-33 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive desktop support to end users.
• Respond to and resolve tickets promptly using our ticketing system.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office technology, ensuring smooth operation.
• Deliver exceptional front-facing customer service, helping users with various technical issues.
• Offer Level 1 and Level 2 software support at an enterprise level, focusing on MS Office Suite and related applications.
• Manage and support backend office tasks, including MS Office support and incident request management.
• Utilize MS Intune for mobile device management and application deployment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
• Perform remote management and support for users working offsite.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of enterprise experience in a similar desktop support role, with a strong focus on customer service.
• High School Diploma required.
• Systems/Software Proficiencies: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
• Experience with Remote Software Tools and Lifecycle Management.
• Proficient in using remote software tools for troubleshooting and supporting end users.
