Our Client, one of Wisconsin’s Top general contractors, construction managers, and design builders, is seeking a Project Manager-Specialty Projects for their Pewaukee, WI location. This role involves overseeing faster and smaller construction projects, often managing 5-7 projects concurrently. The position will work at both Pewaukee, WI, and Downtown Milwaukee locations, maintaining Monday-Friday first shift hours, with a salary range of $97,000 to $112,000.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of special projects that are faster and smaller, handling 5-7 concurrent projects at a time.
• Coordinate between Pewaukee, WI and Downtown Milwaukee locations.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards across all projects.
• Act as the primary liaison with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project software.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts.
• Generate and distribute reports on project progress and financial performance.
• Enforce construction standards and mitigate project risks.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, engaging with clients and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in general contracting, construction management, or design-building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint software.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities, and strong analytical capabilities.
