ESC’s premier healthcare client is seeking multiple Retail Pharmacy Technicians to join their organization. This role will work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in filling and processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare IV medications and ensure proper aseptic technique is followed.
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with medication intake processes.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• WI State Registration Pharmacy Tech License is required.
• Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy technician position.
• High School Diploma.
• Licensure (IL only): State of Wisconsin (registration):
• Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Student; Certification (CPhT) issued by PTCB or ExCPT within two years of hire, or sooner if required by law. Must sit for the certification exam at least one time within the first year of employment.
• Patient facing teammates may be required to have two certifications: Immunization and non-vaccine injectable to be granted from the state of WI or if from out of state, the program is approved by the accreditation council for pharmacy education (ACPE) or by the WI pharmacy examining board.
