Education Services LLC is Hiring an Executive Assistant/Office Manager Near Draper, UT

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage office operations, and lead project management.

Duties:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Maintain office supplies and break room inventory and restock as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Perform project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Outlook Email and Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy
- Proficiency in project management methods and tools
- Knowledge of business process modeling and PMBOK principles
- Familiarity with Scope Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Education Services LLC is a small but established firm, specializing in creating training programs and operating custom online training, service, and membership platforms. We delight our customers with excellent user experience, service, and turning boring content into engaging learning experiences.

Sometimes we create simple training modules or courses, though most of the time we create full certification training programs consisting of multimedia learning experiences, practice activities, simulations and pseudo-simulations, knowledge checks, and human scored or computer based certification assessments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
