We are a non-profit child development agency that has provided superior early education programs since 1979. We operate 19 locations throughout San Diego County. We are seeking energetic individuals who have an interest in learning and developing that parallels that of our students who are between ages of 18 months and 36 months.

We are currently interviewing candidates for Infant Toddler Support Teachers.

We are looking for creative, loving, nurturing and inspiring Infant Toddler Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Educational Enrichment Systems.

Candidates should have experience & understanding of developmentally appropriate practice, curriculum planning, quality assurance/health and safety, ability to identify strengths and needs and ability to think creatively through all aspects of the position.

The Support Teacher maintains a positive and professional attitude towards parents, staff, children, and the community while assisting the Director in implementing school goals and objectives.

Education/Training

The candidate must have 6-12 Early Childhood Education units or an Associate Teacher Permit have Infant Toddler teaching experience, be self-motivated, excellent in communication (verbal and written) be highly organized and be willing to be part of a TEAM. We are looking for individuals who have high standards and believe the care they provide is invaluable.

Infant/Toddler ECE units from an a credited University/College is required.

AA in Child Development or related field preferred.
