Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a nationwide impact? Join our dynamic team as the National Coordinator for the Dare to Dream program! Reporting to our Partnership & Operations Manager, you will be orchestrating school assemblies across the country, coordinating inspiring speakers, and ensuring every event runs like a dream. From managing logistics and scheduling to providing essential administrative support, your role will be pivotal in turning dreams into reality for students everywhere. If you're a master organizer with a drive to inspire, we want you on our team.

This role is 100% on-site at our Franklin, TN facility.

Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily:

• Schedule all presentations (Fall and Spring Semester):
• Call administrators: Principal, Vice Principal, teachers,, counselors, activity directors, and those in charge of booking campus events.
• Email Introduction (E-Kit) to all contacts -as follow-up.
• Document in Microsoft Teams all scheduled events.
• Contact, network, and create partnerships with District Administrators, Program Managers for Communities in Schools, and Board Directors.
• Assist with hosting conferences. Develop support materials, documentation and tool kits related to events to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
• Complete all tracking components, communication follow-up, and track new major markets in CRM application (HubSpot).
• Perform ongoing communications with audio visual teams to ensure they have full knowledge of logistics for Fall/Spring schedules.
• Oversee all shipping and inventory requests for each week scheduled.
• Oversee inventory of ministry assets. Work with K-LOVE marketing team to order supplies in advance in preparation for each school semester.
• Responsible for accounting functions such as new vendor documents (summary form and new vendor form).
• Organize and host Dare to Dream Outreach events.
• Support department with social media platform needs.

We are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. Here's some experience we are seeking:

• Associate’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ administrative experience with a solid direct Marketing background.
• Experience maintaining a large account portfolio required.
• Demonstrated ability to secure agreements (or sales) over the phone, in-person, or through email.
• Prior experience with large event coordination.
• Previous experience working with youth programs or in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with a variety of people regarding projects, questions, equipment, and supply ordering.
• Experience working with administrators and teachers within the public and private school sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience with Project Management, multi-tasking, and tracking progress of leads required.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher) and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including making reels, creative posts and increasing follower base
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop systems and procedures.
• A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and appropriately.
• Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
