Educational Service District 112 is Hiring a Secondary Art Teacher Near Stevenson, WA

General Responsibilities:
The District is recruiting for a Secondary Arts Teacher. Stevenson High School is seeking candidates to add to our team who are curious, caring, and relational. Successful candidates should desire to be a part of an innovative team that continues to create a high school learning experience for the 21st Century. The Stevenson-Carson School District seeks applicants who are committed, forward-thinking teachers to join our collaborative team who want to help us bring the vision of a new era high school to life. Successful candidates will understand how to build deeper learning experiences for their students. Candidates will be committed to supporting students intellectually, socially, and emotionally in a safe and engaging learning community.

Successful candidates should have a background and education training/degree in visual and/or multimedia arts.

Terms of Employment:
Salary: $27,744.52-$62,481.15
Contract: 0.5 - 0.6 FTE; One year, non-continuing
Building: Stevenson High School

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with applicable endorsements for subject matter and grade level(s).
  • Academic Preparation for, or experience in serving an economically and culturally diverse student population in a small, rural school system.
