We are currently hiring a Clinical Program Integrated Behavioral Health Practitioner based in Worcester. The Clinical Program Integrated Behavioral Health Practitioner works collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive services to patients that are engaged with the health center's specialized Programs (such as Office Based Addiction Treatment and Gender Affirming Care). This person will coordinate the care of patients together with internal and external providers. As part of the team-based approach to care, the Clinical Program Integrated Behavioral Health Practitioner is responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns of patients served by the Clinical Programs. Provide psychiatric services and consultations to patients served by the Clinical Programs (Office Based Addiction Treatment Clinic, Gender Affirming Care Clinic, and Infectious Disease/HIV Clinic)
Provide direct primary and acute addiction care services to patients
Provide gender affirming psychiatric care
Perform comprehensive psychosocial/mental health evaluations and assessments
Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance use conditions with evidenced-based care including, but not limited to pharmacological agents and psychotherapy
Design, implement, and revise treatment plan in collaboration with multidisciplinary care team, family, and other providers/agencies involved as need
Serves as part of the Clinical Programs team to enhance patient experience and maintain program compliance with state regulations and mental health professional standards
Provide consultation and training to clinical staff, residents, and students as a member of the Clinical Programs team
Participate in the design and implementation of Clinical Programs treatment modalities

Requirements:
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing or in Physician Assistant from an accredited program
ANCC Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Completion of Psychiatric rotation or fellowship (ARC-PA only)
Licensure, or eligible, in Massachusetts as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
