Job DescriptionOur company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Accounts Payable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Once established this position can be a hybrid role. Responsibilities:
Precise coding and data entry of payables in a multi-state sales environment
Receives and verifies invoices and expense reports, reconciling them to Vendor Account Balances or other Accounting records
Maintain W-9 forms for new vendors to insure 1099 compliance
Accurate maintenance of filing systems
Order Tracking Updates and Assist with Order Purchasing
General Customer Service
Obtaining supporting documents for Bid Packages as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Package i.e.: word, excel, outlook. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities and priorities, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet or exceed management needs.
Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with QuickBooks and Team Design is a plus.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and resourceful.
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
Highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented.
Love of learning and desire to grow with the company.

Honest, ethical and professional.
Knowledge of the office furniture industry is preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Degree preferred
