Edwards Law, PLLC is a small real estate, probate, estate planning, and business law firm in Fate, TX looking for a self motivated Receptionist to ensure excellent client communications and scheduling of new and existing clients. You will provide a broad spectrum of office and cleint support services under the supervision of the principal attorney.

Applicant must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable answering the phones and making phone calls without hesitation. Experience and proficiency in CALENDERING is an absolute MUST. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred but not required. Seeking someone who enjoys working on multiple projects at once, has an innate ability to keep the details straight while working on multiple projects at once, and has been described as detail oriented, who tends to catch things others may have overlooked.
Knowledge of Apple, Adobe, and Microsoft Office, including Word is a must. Knowledge of CLIO is a plus.
