Sr. Program Manager
This position is for responsible for managing project delivery for Enterprise-wide Cyber Security projects in a complex and cross functional environment. This project team is comprised of several departments, has high visibility, aggressive schedules, and requires negotiation skills to balance the needs of the project and its stakeholders.
Projects will relate to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance. These programs utilize CyberArk and SailPoint and have implications that impact associated enterprise-wide systems, applications, networks, and telecommunication/product devices. This project is multi-tiered and is comprised of several, smaller projects that can span multiple years. This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, and procedures. These projects have a clear start/end date; specific manpower resource allocations; budgets and are clearly identified as a "project" by the business. This position requires competency in customer focus, change management & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
This is a Senior level role responsible for managing and driving all aspects of the program. This position sets expectations and establishes processes for all teams within the program including CyberArk Engineers, Business Analysts and Project Coordinators. This position will work closely with the Senior Executive Account Manager and PAM to ensure alignment of program strategy and goals. This position is client facing – the ideal candidate will possess both the technical skills to manage the program as well as the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to lead meetings, manage agendas and present/report on the program in formal settings to executive leadership
