EEG Management is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Near Beaumont, TX
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our properties. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of our property, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance
- Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist in the collection of rent and other charges
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs
- Support the Property Manager in the enforcement of lease agreements and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Must have a valid driver's license
