We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

*Responsibilities*

- HVAC knowledge a must.

- Perform routine maintenance on apartments, equipment, and facilities

- Conduct maintenance tasks as needed,work orders,emergency reapirs, etc

- Utilize Rent Management Systems for tracking work orders

- Use tools to troubleshoot electrical issues

- Apply mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain machinery

- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers

*Qualifications*

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Strong leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities

- Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus

- Knowledge of using an work tools for troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
