EEP Ottawa is Hiring a Production Lead Near Streator, IL
EEP has partnered with a growing food manufacture in Toluca, IL, in search of an experienced warehouse team lead to join the growing team. This positions offered weekly pay and insurance benefits!
Pay:
- 21.00 - 23.00 $/HR (BOE)
- WEEKLY PAY!!!
Schedule:
- 2nd shift: Monday through Friday: 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
Duties:
- Direct associates on the assigned shift to ensure product packaging and processes are accurate according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with HR to maintain the discipline of employees in accordance with established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain communication within the department regarding work assignments
- Oversee the training of all new temporary associates based on training manual requirements
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for excellence and performance.
- Demonstrate GMP and GSP's
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Communication Skills
- Ability to lead firmly, fairly, and consistently
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Physical Stamina
